Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones Collimate uses on this website and why, and how you can manage your preferences.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device through your web browser, so it can remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work the same way, and this policy covers them too.
How we use cookies
We use two kinds:
- Strictly necessary storage, which remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. It does not need your consent, and it is not sent to us or to anyone else.
- Analytics cookies from Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, which help us understand how visitors use the site: which pages they read, how they move between them, where they click and scroll, and where a page is slow or confusing. These load only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Google Analytics is loaded with Google’s tag (gtag.js), and we manage tags with Google Tag Manager. Both load only after you accept, and Tag Manager sets no cookies of its own.
Microsoft Clarity records how a page is used, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see where it is hard to use. Anything you type into our contact form is masked and never recorded.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics to identify you or to follow you across other websites.

Your choices
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.
You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, Clarity stops collecting and erases its cookies. We ask again after 12 months.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or choose to be notified each time a site tries to store one; your browser’s help pages explain how. Blocking cookies does not stop this website from working, but it may limit features on other sites.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
If we add or change the cookies we use, we will update this policy and the table above before the change goes live, and ask for your consent again where it is needed. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. How we handle the data these tools collect is described in the privacy policy.
